Want to run? This is your program, whether you have an upcoming race or you dig the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of running. Each Running Training Program is three (3) months of weekly runs tailored to your goals and experience level. Your program will deliver to you via an app that syncs with your GPS watch, so all you need to do is press Start and let your watch beep you through each workout.
Want to train on your own but don’t want to think about the plan or logisitcs? Choose this option for a 3-month strength training program that you can squeeze into your daily life. You will have full access to Krista via text, email, and phone calls, plus weekly assessment and evaluation of your progress.
Four (4) 60-minute in-person strength training sessions in your private residence over the course of one month. Each session will be tailored to your goals and include a warmup, strength and mobility exercises, a cooldown, and a session debrief. Throughout the month, you will have unlimited access to Krista via text, email, and phone calls.
Eight (8) 60-minute in-person strength training sessions in your private residence over the course of one month. Each session will be tailored to your goals and include a warmup, strength and mobility exercises, a cooldown, and a session debrief. This program is designed to entail two (2) sessions each week and is geared toward progressive overload as well as upper-body, lower-body, and full-body splits. Throughout the month, you will have unlimited access to Krista via text, email, and phone calls.
Twelve (12) 60-minute in-person strength training sessions in your private residence over the course of three months.
